HOW TO BE A WRITER
AUTHORS TELL THE TRUTH - A SERIES
Wednesdays 8-9pm // begins 29th Oct //
£10 per session or £40 for all 5
I have been obsessed with writers since I first heard of Carrie Bradshaw when I was 13. It felt like the most magical, mysterious and cool job a metropolitan girl like me could have. It was always an enigma, a golden ticket, a special person card carrying club. And well, I still think it is.
The publishing world is wildly different from what I imagined and getting a book published isn’t as simple as thinking it should be. Who would have thought? My own journey of not getting a book published (yet) has taught me lesson upon lesson. But the five authors I’m inviting to talk to us have so much enriching and enlightening experience to share about their writing and book publishing journeys. This is an opportunity to hear the behind the scenes truth and ask the questions you want answering.
Who is it for?
All curious nosey aspirational and interested people. You can come to simply listen and learn or with a list of questions.
