What actually is this?
I learnt the hard way that the only way to get better at writing is TO WRITE. There is no substitute for words on a page. And somehow we find ways to write to-do lists, scroll, and deep clean the house instead of doing the thing we want so much. Whether you want to simply start writing for no one but yourself, or you want to write a book in 2027, I am inviting you to join this club.
FACTS. By joining you will:
Write for an hour (or two) every week for a year. Join up to two weekly drop in writing sessions on Zoom. There will be a prompt/theme/question and then an hour of focused time to write together, camera on or off you decide, just show up. Accountability is life changing.
Join a seasonal (4 in total) writing workshop to be inspired, learn new skills, put them to the test and connect to the community.
Experience a seasonal (4 in total) lecture from a writer who wants to help you deepen and expand your writing practice and inspire you.
Have access to a group chat where we can share work, ask for help, share inspiration and keep going even when we are wavering.
Have access to a monthly check-in call (over one of the zoom sessions) where you can take stock, review and ask for feedback from the group at the end of each month.

Weekly writing on Zoom (a choice of 2 drop in slots, you can of course join both!)
8-9am EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY for a YEAR.
1-2pm EVERY SINGLE MONDAY for a YEAR.
Workshop dates will be confirmed at the beginning of Jan. But will be within the below parameters.
