My lesson of 2025 is truth. It’s powerful when people tell the truth, just think of Lily Allen. :)

It’s powerful when we are honest with ourselves. It’s powerful when we are honest with people around us. It’s powerful when we put it into the world.

In December I am opening this space for us to sign out the year in truth.

What does that look like?

For each day of advent I will send a writing prompt to a WhatsApp group, it’ll be a question or a theme or an idea to access different parts of y0u, your life, your year. So you can spend 5-15 mins each day with yourself (it will do wonders).

Then there will be three Monday workshops where we can create SOMETHING. See themes for more detail - JUICY.

Every year I wish I gave myself more time to reflect and review so that I have clarity to move forwards from. I am learning the value of looking after my side of the street, and I am endlessly advocating for making art from truth.

This is that opportunity.
