SIX MONTH CREATIVE MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME

Time to actually do the thing. You have an idea, you think about the idea all the time, weeks and months go by and the page remains blank. Applying yourself meaningfully to a project takes a lot. This programme is to hold your hand from idea to finished piece over a six-month period. I am ready to go deeper with six people who have a dream to get their work into the world. It might be a book, an essay collection, a poetry collection, a screenplay or something else.

INCUBATE

What next, how to begin and starting the writing practice without editing or anyone else’s eyes.

DEVELOP AND SHARE

Experimenting with structure, overcoming blocks, pushing through uncertainty, connecting small steps to the big picture.

Writing and editing, immersing yourself, discipline and consistency.

FEEDBACK AND SUPPORT

Practising giving and receiving constructive feedback, learning from each other and backing yourself.

What’s included?

• Monthly lecture on Zoom with writing tasks and development practices.

• Monthly open Zoom call for discussion and questions.

• Weekly group self study* call for one hour on Zoom - time to be set based on availability of the group. *This is an hour to write with accountability of the group.

• 3 x 1:1 sessions with Annie at the beginning, middle and end of your project.

• Access to group thread to share and get feedback and ask questions and connect.
