WRITING AS MEDICINE
The healing and therapeutic powers of writing are significant. Just take a look at this study. For the first time ever I am creating a space with the sole intention of writing for healing. In this group we will work through different methods of writing to help us with processing and letting go. We won’t share our writing with each other so there is complete freedom to really ‘go there’. Instead the group will br a supportive safe place to discuss the process and check in with each other to share any blocks and breakthroughs.
